At Kakade Food, we take great care to deliver high-quality, hygienically packed food products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. No Return on Food Products
Since our products include Masala Pre-Mixes, Papad, Laddu, and Chutney, which are perishable and consumable items, returns are not accepted once the products have been delivered.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged

Product received is expired

Wrong item delivered
To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

An unboxing video or clear photos of the product and packaging are mandatory
Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
3. Replacement Policy

Approved cases will receive a replacement of the same product

If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed
4. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side
5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted
